- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (you can also make it without the vanilla)

In a blender, combine all ingredients, then blend until smooth. Makes 3 servings.
